  1.     Enclosed is the downloadable font called TOYLAND for Laser
  2. Jet II printers and for its clones.  It is only generated in 18
  3. point size.  It is a very unusual font in that the letters in the
  4. shapes of toys.  For example A - apple, B - bow and so forth. 
  5. (Only the lower case letters are being represented and there are
  6. no upper case letters.)  The numbers are represented as fingers
  7. being held up on a hand.  I need to pay off my laser printer and
  8. am generating a number of fonts for sale.  In order to have a
  9. good response, I have left off the 'a' (apple), 'e' (eye) and 'o'
  10. (ostrich).
  11.     Word Perfect 5 is a wonderful program for the utilization of
  12. downloadable fonts and I have modified the WPRINT1.ALL file to
  13. allow you to employ that program with this font.  All of the
  14. printer drivers except for the HP laser Jet have been removed. 
  15. Of course if you wish to 'roll your own' modification, you can
  16. purchase the font width table separately.

  39.             HOW TO USE DOWNLOADABLE FONTS
  40.  
  41. To download and activate, you can use font download software such
  42. as PCLPAK from Hewlett Packard, or Laserfonts from SoftCraft, or
  43. you can just use the DOS COPY command with the /B parameter. 
  44.  
  45. You can also use the program called LASERLDR.PRG if you live in
  46. the ATARI ST world.

  48. If using the DOS COPY command, you must also pass ESCAPE codes to
  49. the Laserjet+ to tell it what font number this is, tell it to
  50. activate the font, and tell it this is a permanent font.

  53. To select fonts by ID# within a word processor, issue the ESC
  54. sequence ESC(#X (where # is whatever font ID number that you wish
  55. to be the primary font) whenever you want to change primary
  56. fonts.
